Internal Work

New solid wood herringbone flooring laid in a kitchen, dining area, and lounge. New skirting boards installed on top of the flooring which finished off the job nicely.

Solid wood flooring

Old original fireplace covered for years with plasterboard. Removed the plasterboard, raked out old mortar and repointed the fireplace. Installed a flagged hearth in preparation for a HEATAS engineer to install the modern log burner.

Exposing brick fireplace

New laminate flooring laid throughout the lounge, hallway and kitchen. Beading installed in hallway & lounge, new skirting installed in the kitchen area.

Doorframes, doors & architraves

Removal of old doorframes which were out of plumb and square and covered in multiple layers of paint. Removal of old door and architraves, installed a new doorframe, door, black door furniture and architraves giving a clean modern feel.

Luxury Vinyl Tiles (LVT)

Luxury Vinyl Tile (LVT) is a durable, low-maintenance flooring that offers the appearance of real wood or stone. Customers old laminate flooring lifted and replaced with LVT herringbone patten flooring throughout the kitchen, hallway, and lounge.

Outdoor living spaces have become huge post-pandemic, with the desire to stay at home, relax and entertain in the comfort of our own gardens more prevalent than ever.

Create a space just for you, where you can relax on your own or enjoy an evening with your family & friends.

Customer wanted a bespoke designed composite decking area. A new timber frame was constructed to install composite decking with outdoor rated spotlights in the perimeter board.

Garden refresh

Customers wanted a similar design to the existing garden, but with a more modern feel. Installed new fencing and raised sleeper boarders around the perimeter. The old lawn was dug out and new drainage holes were installed to remove standing water in the lawn area. The lawn area was re-levelled with a new turf lawn laid. The old flags were removed from the lower seating area and main patio, replaced with new Indian Stone flags and a porous jointing compound to allow water drainage.

Large composite decking and fencing installation

Customer wanted a decked area after completing a full property refurbishment. Removal of a large area of laurel bushes, constructed a timber frame, installed composite decking, composite fencing, raised sleeper planter and finished the perimeter with Indian Pebble gabions baskets.

Composite decking and composite handrails installation

Customer had a large unusable garden, a new composite decking was agreed. Built a timber frame, installed composite decking and a composite handrails for safety. This has now become a utilised part of the customers garden.

Composite decking around summer house

Customer wanted a composite decked area and pergola to grow grape vines around a summer house. The job entailed composite decking, raised sleeper flower beds, summerhouse timber pergola, and circular Celtic design seating area.

Customers old timber deck had become redundant due to rot. Discussed various options and the customer decided to expand the deck area to enhance their outdoor living space. Removed the old rotten timber decking and supports, constructed a new more substantial timber frame, installed composite decking and a composite handrails. This is now a great use of space for the family.

Timber decking, raised planting beds, trellis and artificial lawn

Another unusable rotten timber deck and frame. This was removed and a more substantial timber frame was constructed and a new timber deck was laid. Neighbours unsightly rotten fencing was screeded with a new trellis and installed raised sleeper boarders. Customer wanted a low maintenance front garden. The old turf lawn was dug out and the area levelled. An artificial lawn was laid with a small pebble border.

Composite decking and replaced fence panels

Old rotten fencing removed, fence post and concrete base board levelled, new fencing and post extensions installed. Dug out garden high spots and constructed a timber frame and composite decking. Built new screening trellis and a flagged patio area. This has now become a much used family space.
